Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review our size guide and double-check all order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund. There is no need to return the damaged item.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can arrange to have your order remade and shipped (additional production and shipping fees may apply) or, when appropriate, provide a partial refund based on the circumstances.
